We were founded in 2003 to provide financial compliance to the freight broker industry. The corporation is licensed in the State of Ohio as a Financial Lending Institution authorized and approved by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration to administer BMC-85 Property Broker Trust Fund agreements.

Realizing the need for a more comprehensive approach in meeting the financial requirements to obtain a BMC-85, we have designed a variety of different programs that are unique to our industry. In addition, we have assembled an experienced team of staff members and legal representatives that understand the complexities of the freight industry.
